Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect to provide technical consultation and design for enterprise cloud and Kubernetes environments. You will translate customer needs into scalable solutions and demonstrate them through proofs-of-concept.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams across presales activities, delivering compelling presentations and ensuring alignment with data protection, disaster recovery and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT experience in presales, solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) and Linux environments.
• Experience with public cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Understanding of Kubernetes architecture, storage and networking.
• Knowledge of backup, data protection, disaster recovery or enterprise storage.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with Terraform or Helm; Kubernetes certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Design cloud-native solutions covering data protection, recovery and business continuity.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support customers across Kubernetes and public cloud environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers through presales and solution evaluation.
• Gather customer feedback and provide input for solution improvements.
