You will collaborate with department heads, validate data, monitor KPIs, and support daily operations while resolving escalations in a fast-paced environment. On-site position at SATS Airfreight Terminal Core A, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher; advantage for related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, or BI.
• Proficiency in BI tools, data visualization, and data gathering techniques.

Responsabilités

• KPI definition and tracking aligned with business goals and targets.
• Data gathering from multiple sources, data cleaning and validation.
• Dashboard development and maintenance using BI tools.
• Trend analysis and reporting to spot patterns and diagnose gaps.
• Stakeholder collaboration to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Handle daily complaints and escalations; ensure timely resolution.
