This internship focuses on improving processes and building knowledge management capabilities across the organization, collaborating with multiple departments to design dashboards and promote operational excellence. You will work with data, KPIs, and lean tools to identify inefficiencies, map workflows, and contribute to automation initiatives, while maintaining organized knowledge

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in operations management, business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish Data source mapping for the food catering operations.
2. Collaborate with HODs on KPIs to track and design and implement an Operational Excellence (OE) dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, fostering data transparency and promoting operational discipline throughout the organization. Assess existing workflows using process mapping to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the Automation and Innovation Team to identify process bottlenecks and support the implementation of automation-driven solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions using lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
5. Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on dashboard insights.
6. Assess existing workflows using process mapping to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
7. Create and maintain structured knowledge repositories, ensuring information is well-organized and easy to retrieve.
