As an intern, you will work with Power BI and Python to analyze data, develop metrics, and prepare reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to workshops and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing undergraduate in Data Analytics or IT-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of performance management metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights.
• Support the preparation and delivery of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance results and recommendations.
• Propose setup, maintenance and improvement of dashboards to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the design and facilitation of workshops on performance management best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Support the development of a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing undergraduate in Data Analytics or IT related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Automate, Apps, etc.) and python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen sense of data and creativity.
• Ability to set up and maintain data systems.
• Able to communicate complex ideas to layman audiences
• Able to work independently while being a team-player
