Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support dashboard monitoring, data collection and preliminary analysis in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role involves assisting in yield loss tests, report generation, and project support across SAP, WMS and Power BI workflows.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong numerical skills, proficiency with MS Office and Power BI, and a willingness to learn analytics within a global aviation services company.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Power BI and Power Automate for dashboards and automation.
• Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• 1. Critical thinking skills
• 2. Familiar with microsoft office (word, excel, ppt), power BI, and power automate.
• 3. Have IT knowledge for system usage such as SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• 4. Show great attention to detail
• 5. Have adequate numerical skills for researching, analysis and reviewing of data.
