Job summary

Salt Talent Search is hiring a Korean-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Singapore to drive pipeline for cloud-based HR solutions. You’ll prospect, qualify, and hand off high-quality opportunities to the sales team while articulating client value.

This one-year contract role focuses on Korea-facing accounts, multi-channel outreach, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or related fields and native-level Korean.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, prospecting, marketing, or related roles.
• Native-level Korean, with the ability to manage accounts in Korea.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across target accounts in Korea.
• Engage potential customers through email, phone, social selling, and in-person events.
• Clearly articulate the client’s value proposition while identifying customer pain points and business needs.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to generate and qualify opportunities for field sales.
• Build and manage pipeline by identifying qualified prospects and supporting the relationship between accounts and Account Executives.
