Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth by engaging prospects, understanding their business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and generate pipeline across your territory.

Fluency in English and Korean is required, and a willingness to learn about Elastic’s AI-powered platform.

Qualifications

• Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Curiosity and a passion for understanding technology and customer challenges.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Fluency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Partner for Success: Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, execute strategic campaigns, and generate high-quality pipeline across your territory.
• Prospecting: Prospect into strategic Korean accounts through a mix of phone, email, social selling, events, and other outbound channels.
• Create Meaningful Conversations: Engage inbound and outbound prospects with a multi-channel approach, uncover business challenges, and qualify opportunities.
• Leverage Technology: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, AI-powered tools to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Become an Elastic Expert: Develop a strong understanding of Elastic platform and AI-powered solutions to articulate business value.
