Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Korea. This Singapore-based role focuses on outbound and inbound prospecting, building a qualified pipeline, and partnering with Account Executives to advance opportunities across strategic Korean accounts.

You will use multi-channel outreach and AI-powered tools to understand customer challenges and articulate ElasticValue.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Korean.
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn.
Curiosity about technology and business challenges.
Excellent communication across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and generate pipeline.
Pro spect into Korean accounts using multi-channel outreach.
Engage prospects, ask questions, uncover business challenges, and qualify opportunities.
Leverage LinkedIn Navigator and other tools to research accounts and decision-makers.
Build a solid understanding of Elastic platform and AI-powered solutions.
Own personal development through coaching and enablement.
