You will identify and engage key KOLs, influencers, communities, and strategic partners to promote our platform and drive user growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with proven business development or marketing experience in Web3/Fintech/digital assets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems in web3.
• Genuine passion for fintech and Web3.
• Bilingual in English and Korean with daily localization ability; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, crypto projects, and strategic partners in the Korean market to promote our platform, driving user acquisition and trading volume growth.

• Act as our local representative to nurture long-term partnerships with Korean KOLs and marketing channels.

• Own the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies; track and analyze channel performance, iterate tactics to optimize results, and maximize ROI.

• Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor activities in Korea, developing corresponding response strategies.

• Represent the company at local events, media engagements, and communications with external stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree with proven business development or marketing experience within the Web3 / Fintech / Digital Assets industry.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems in the web3 space.

• Genuine passion for the fintech and Web3 industry.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (native or near-native Korean communication for daily localization work). Able to work under pressure with strong execution capabilities.
