Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with proven business development or marketing experience in Web3/Fintech/digital assets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems in web3.
• Genuine passion for fintech and Web3.
• Bilingual in English and Korean with daily localization ability; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with Korean KOLs, influencers, communities, and partners to promote our platform.
• Act as local representative to nurture long-term partnerships with Korean KOLs and marketing channels.
• Execute KOL marketing strategies; track performance, analyze ROI, and iterate to maximize results.
• Monitor local industry trends and competitors in Korea, developing responsive strategies.
• Represent the company at local events, media engagements, and external communications.
