Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member for a newly opened restaurant in Central Singapore, offering Japanese and French fusion cuisine. The role requires hands-on cooking, high standards of cleanliness, and strong attention to detail.

You will handle food preparation, inventory management, and assist in scheduling and ordering. Working hours are weekdays 3pm-12am and weekends 10am-12am, with overtime and annual leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing /cutting food ingredients (before and during operations)
• Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
