Responsibilities include food preparation, proper storage, portion control, and assisting in menu planning as needed. The role requires 2-3 years of kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety, and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA standards preferred).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development when required.
• Manage food preparation, portion control, and minimize wastage.
