EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen staff for a well established Japanese restaurant in Singapore.

The role offers a monthly salary of $2000 and requires 2 years of kitchen experience with the WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification. The position is based at Central / East and involves cooking, food prep, garnishing, and maintaining high hygiene standards. You will follow the Outlet Chef's instructions, ensure quality and cost control, and complete mise en place while keeping kitchen

Qualifications

• GCE O Level and above.
• 2 years related experience working in kitchen.
• Possess WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met.
• Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor.
• Complete mise en place as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
