Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations in a high-end hot pot restaurant at City Hall. This hands-on role requires strong knife skills, fast teamwork, and the ability to work long shifts.

You will prepare ingredients, assist with Chinese cuisine, supervise daily kitchen work, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and ensure quality and presentation. Immediate start is advantageous for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• More than 2-3 years of relevant Chinese restaurant kitchen experience.
• Hot pot restaurant experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Chinese kitchen operations and basic cooking processes.
• Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques.
• Able to perform kitchen duties independently.
• Good execution, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Experience assisting with daily kitchen management is an advantage.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.

Salary: $3,300 - $3,800 (Based on Experience)

Location: City Hall

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 11:30 AM - 11:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 4
