Qualifications

• No prior experience required; passion for food.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Food prep: Wash, slice, marinate, and portion meats (such as wagyu or ribeye), seafood, and vegetables according to restaurant standard.
• Grill & Hot Section: Operate basic hot-kitchen equipment under supervision.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict food safety practices and sanitize workspaces.
