Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support in a well established Japanese F&B company. The role offers full-time hours, a monthly salary up to S$2,800 plus incentives and a variable bonus, with work location in Central or East Singapore.

Responsibilities include assisting in kitchen operations, preparing equipment, weighing and mixing ingredients, and ensuring hygiene and cost control. 5.5 working days and excellent welfare are provided.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level and above.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
