Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Well Established Japanese F&B company to assist in kitchen operations and food preparation. You will prepare equipment, weigh and mix ingredients, and ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a basic education level (GCE N Level or above), and a commitment to 5.5 working days per week. Central/East location and attractive welfare are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred (1–3 years).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy and organized.
• Adhere to Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Help control costs and minimize food wastage.
