Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking staff for a well established Japanese restaurant in Singapore. The role involves assisting in food preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation to the restaurant's standards.

You will ensure food quality, freshness and cost control, while following task schedules from the Outlet Chef. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, comply with food safety standards, and perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or higher is required.
• 2 years of kitchen-related experience.
• WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met.
• Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor.
• Complete mise en place as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
