Job summary

Well Established Japanese F&B Company in Singapore is hiring a kitchen helper for full-time shifts. You will assist in food preparation, prepare equipment, weigh and mix ingredients, and maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a GCE N Level or above.

The position offers a 5.5-day work week with location in Central/East Singapore and a competitive package with incentives and variable bonus.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or above required.
• 1–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
