Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting for a well established Japanese restaurant in Singapore. Salary is SGD 2000, with 5.5 working days and location at Central/East. Excellent Welfare & Benefits are provided.

The role covers food preparation, cooking, garnishing, quality control, and adhering to safety standards. Candidates should have GCE O Level, 2 years in a kitchen, and WSQ Food Hygiene Certification. Shortlisted applicants only.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or higher.
• 2 years related kitchen experience.
• WSQ Food Hygiene Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met.
• Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor.
• Complete mise en place as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
