Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a kitchen role at a well established Japanese restaurant in Singapore. The position involves assisting in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation to the highest standards.

You will ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control, follow mise en place and outlet schedules, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and comply with all safety standards. Working on a 5.5-day week at Central / East location, with excellent welfare and benefits.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level and above required.
• 2 years related kitchen experience.
• WSQ Food Hygiene Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met.
• Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor.
• Complete mise en place as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
