Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. in Central, Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Helper / Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist with hot food preparation and plating, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace on a six-day roster.

Ideal candidates have F&B experience, hold a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certification, and can adapt to hotel scheduling. Strong communication and the ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or services operations experience.
• Able to work flexible shifts based on hotel scheduling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Handle hot food preparation and prepare ingredients.
• Perform basic cooking tasks, grill ready-to-use products, and plate food for service.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, sweep/mop floors, remove garbage, and wash cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
• Unpack deliveries, stock ingredients, and organize storage areas (fridges/freezers).
• Assemble dishes, package takeout orders, and refill condiment containers.

Kitchen Helper / Assistant

Location: Central, Somerset

Salary: $1,900 – $2,500/month

Working Hours: Based on roster

Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hot food preparation and prepare ingredients accordingly.
• Perform basic cooking tasks, grill ready-to-use products, and plate food for service.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, sweep/mop floors, remove garbage, and wash cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
• Unpack deliveries, stock ingredients, and organize storage areas (fridges/freezers).
• Assemble dishes, package takeout orders, and refill condiment containers.

Requirements
