EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a role at a well established Japanese restaurant in Singapore.

The position offers a salary of $1850 and a 5.5 day work week totaling 30 hours per week, with working locations in Central and East Singapore. The role involves assisting in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation to meet company standards, while ensuring food quality, freshness, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level and above.
• 2 years related experience working in kitchen.
• Possess WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met.
• Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor.
• Complete mise en place as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
