Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene according to regulations.
• Keep kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized.
• Use kitchen systems (Infolog) and related PCs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Salary: Up to $2,850(depending on experience)
Working hours: Rotating shift

Jobscope:

• Wash, prepare and cookingredients according to specified recipes and instructions
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met and following regulations
• Keep kitchen and work station clean and sanitized at all times
• Using PCs and systems related to kitchen operations (e.g. Infolog)
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 yrs of relevant culinary exp
• Specialise in Korean cuisine, with some exp in Thai cuisine
• Comfortable with computer usage (able to read digital worksheets and respond to emails)
