The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a kitchen assistant at Somerset to support daily food prep, portion ingredients to recipes, and assist with vegetables, sauces, noodles and other menu items.

You will help during busy service, keep prep areas clean and hygienic, receive and store ingredients, monitor quality, minimise wastage, and previous kitchen or food prep experience is preferred. Working hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM, with a 2.5 hour break and staff meals provided; 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience with Korean cuisine is an advantage but not required.

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements
• Assist with preparation of vegetables, sauces, noodles, dumplings and other menu items
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Ensure food preparation areas, kitchen equipment and workstations are kept clean and hygienic
• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients
• Check food quality and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage
• Perform other kitchen duties as required

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3600
