Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice at Jewel Changi Airport is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team with ingredient prep, sanitation, and quality checks to ensure dishes meet standards before reaching guests.

This role requires a WSQ Level 1 Food Safety certificate and at least 2 years in F&B, with the ability to work 6 days a week and long shifts. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
• Min 2 years of experience in F&B roles.
• Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with sauces, dressings and stocks under guidance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; ensure FIFO and stock rotation.
• Monitor hygiene standards and ensure food quality before serving.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service periods.
