Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is seeking permanent kitchen staff to assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen at Jewel Changi Airport. The position offers shorter hours with CPF contribution and pro-rated benefits based on the schedule.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of F&B experience and a valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate, with strong communication and a professional disposition suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience.
• Clear spoken communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work in the kitchen assisting chefs, cook and prepare food.
• Assist with cleaning, washing dishes, and keeping kitchen organized.
• Store ingredients, label items, and rotate stock per food safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth operations.
