TianTian Hainanese Chicken Rice, a renowned Singaporean heritage brand, is opening its premium flagship outlet at Jewel Changi Airport. We are hiring multiple team members for food preparation, kitchen operations, and cooking tasks, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of previous experience in F&B roles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with standing work and kitchen environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils and equipment.
• Ensure kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients in the kitchen.
• Assist in proper storage of food and ingredients, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
• Help in basic cooking and food assembly as instructed by the chef.
• Support setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.
• Ensure that kitchen tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Successful candidates will be involved in food preparation, kitchen operations, cooking and chopping chickens.

Training will be provided, and candidates will be part of a structured and supportive team environment.
