Job summary

TianTianHainaneseChickenRice is hiring for its new flagship outlet at Changi Airport. Full-time kitchen roles involve food preparation, cooking and supporting kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Training provided; we offer transport allowance, meals, uniform and AWS along with performance-based incentives. Minimum 2 years in F&B required; 6 days per week, 10–11 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in F&B roles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing during work.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients in the kitchen.
• Assist in the proper storage of food and ingredients, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
• Help in basic cooking and food assembly as instructed by the chef.
• Support in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.
• Ensure that kitchen tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
