Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, a globally recognised Singaporean heritage brand, is opening its first premium shopping and lifestyle destination. We are hiring multiple team members to support the opening of our new flagship outlet, involving food preparation, kitchen operations and cooking.

Qualifications

• Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1) required.
• Min 2 years of experience in F&B roles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients.
• Assist in proper storage of food and ingredients per safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
• Support basic cooking and food assembly as instructed by the chef.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.
• Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are in good condition and report malfunctions.
• Assist with other kitchen duties to ensure efficient operations.
