Job summary

Cosy Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Nee Soon Camp Canteen. The role offers both Part-Time and Full-Time options with a 7am–4pm schedule on weekdays, subject to performance review for conversion.

Compensation is $12 per hour or about $2,200 monthly, with on-site duties and standard food-safety SOPs to follow. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a mix of Asian and Western dishes, beverage preparation, ingredient prep, portioning, packing, and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook & assemble Asian and Western menu
• Prepare beverages (e.g. coffee/tea etc)
• Ingredient preparation (cutting, slicing, peeling, etc.)
• Service preparation (portioning, refilling sauces, ensuring sufficient food quantity)
• Meal assembly and packing
• Cleaning and upkeep of store and adherence to food safety and SOPs
