Job summary

CLUB CHINOIS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily meal prep, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting fruit and vegetables, poultry and meat. You will assist in stirring and heating soups and sauces, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires familiarity with cooking methods, the ability to work a split shift including weekends and public holidays, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
