Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Kitchen Apprentice / Chef role at Orchard / Raffles Place. You will assist with food preparation, production, and maintaining high quality across all dishes.

Training provided. You will support senior chefs, monitor self-order kiosks, and uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards. Working hours typically 11:30am–9:30pm or 9am–7pm, five-day work week.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training provided.
• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.

Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 11.30am - 9.30pm / 9am - 7pm
