Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable centre supervisor to provide professional Early Childhood leadership and ensure consistent quality standards at the centre in Singapore.

You will manage daily operations, lead staff, and uphold a warm, inviting environment for children while maintaining safety and hygiene. The role requires a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, an ADECL, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a pre-school.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and managing a team in SPARK Accreditation process.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Early Childhood leadership and ensure delivery of quality standards.
• Lead and manage daily centre operations.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Maintain good communication with the parents and staff
• Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
