Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring high standards of care and education.

You will lead a team of teachers, foster a positive learning environment, and partner with parents to support children's well-being. You should bring formal Early Childhood Leadership qualifications, at least two years of supervisory experience in a preschool, and familiarity with SPARK Accreditation processes to drive quality

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (Leadership) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• Experience leading SPARK Accreditation process.

Job Requirements:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)/Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)


• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school


• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
