Job summary

Lives Group in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Account Support professional to prepare quotations, manage key accounts and blanket orders, and coordinate deliveries across local and regional levels.

You will renew orders with the sales and marketing team, build strong client relationships, and keep customers informed of updates and promotions. You will use Salesforce to maintain records, report performance, and support tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and update information to the company’s Sales CRM system
• Manage Key Account Customers’ daily blanket orders and contracts including coordinating the local and regional deliveries
• Ensure orders renewal and continuity together with the sales and marketing team
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions
• Meeting sales targets: Work to meet or exceed team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company
• Effectively utilise “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tenders
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team
