You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to streamline processes and assist in tender reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business or a related field.
• 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily sales operations.
• Handle quotations and orders including purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, and invoices.
• Respond to high volume inquiries via calls and emails with solutions.
• Connect with existing key customer contacts as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to smooth processes.
• Assist in preparation and submission of reports for tenders.
• Attend regular product training sessions by vendors to stay up-to-date on technology.
