Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in customer service or sales support within chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or related functions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and handle escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in maintaining strong customer relationships and engagement.
• Provide internal sales support by capturing and fulfilling ad hoc customer demand.
• Handle daily order processing, including order receipt and sales order maintenance.
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD) for order and sales management.
• Respond promptly to quotations, orders, enquiries, and invoicing issues.
• Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, batch numbers, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics for availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate customer complaints for timely resolution.
• Prioritize tasks to support business objectives and management initiatives.
• Develop understanding of the company's products and services to answer inquiries efficiently.
• Provide updates on customer requirements, order status, and market insights to Sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
