Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the acute urology portfolio within assigned accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private healthcare institutions
- Drive product conversion and defend market share through structured account planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: urologists, surgeons, clinicians, nursing leaders, procurement and materials management teams
- Develop and execute account plans to expand product utilization and strengthen customer loyalty
- Conduct regular account reviews to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Clinical & Product Support
- Provide product education, in‑service training and clinical support to healthcare professionals
- Support product evaluations, trials and conversions
- Ensure proper product usage aligned with clinical guidelines and patient safety standards
- Tender & Contract Management
- Support tender submissions and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, tender requirements and regulatory standards
- Monitor contract performance and ensure fulfillment of agreed terms
- Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to execute portfolio strategies, campaigns and product launches
- Partner with Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability
- Collaborate with regional teams for training, education and best practices
- Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and healthcare industry standards
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts and pipeline in SFDC
- Adhere to processes for product handling, documentation and case support when required
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- 2–5 years’ sales experience in medical devices, preferably in urology, continence care or hospital consumables
- Experience working in hospital environments and managing tenders is preferred
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of hospital workflows and clinical practices
- Ability to engage and influence both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently
- Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to support clinical environments when required (e.g., ward‑based education, product trials)
