• Key Account Management - This includes, but is not limited to:

• Collaborating internal stakeholders in- Grow the accounts while also attending to and collaborating to resolve any service-related issues.
• Verify that the accounts are sound and produce results for both the top and bottom lines.
• Ensure that the accounts receive reporting and the service level agreement.

• Being an ambassador for proactive service and a growth attitude.
• Supporting the collection of any debt when necessary.
• Ensuring the gross profit percentage is met.
