The role collaborates with marketing to align trade activities with business goals and requires strong experience in FMCG/distributor channels. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Formación

• 5 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is a bonus.
• Experience working with distributors/modern trade channels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive overall sales performance by achieving targets and ensuring profitability.
• Partner with retailers and distributors to formulate long-term growth strategies.
• Plan and execute effective sales and trade marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to align trade and above-the-line activities with objectives.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and trading terms.
• Evaluate ROI of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and monitor sales forecasts to support market demand planning.
• Oversee demand planning and inventory movement for smooth operations.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and provide insights.
• Identify opportunities and gaps to drive continuous growth.
