Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading global manufacturer in data center solutions and infrastructure, seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and grow strategic accounts across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on hyperscalers and colocation operators, driving long-term partnerships and regional expansion.

Key responsibilities include developing account strategies, acting as the primary commercial interface, and leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 8–13 years sales experience in data center solutions, infrastructure and power.
• Strong ability to manage strategic accounts and drive regional expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer goals.
• Serve as the commercial interface between customers and internal units for solutions, pricing and delivery.
• Drive full sales lifecycle: identify opportunities, RFQs, tenders, contracts and closure.
• Identify growth opportunities via cross-selling across power, cooling and infrastructure portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into scalable data center solutions.
• Monitor market trends, maintain pipeline, forecasting and reporting.

The Job:

Manage & grow strategic accounts across Southeast Asia, focusing on data center customers within hyperscalers and colocation operators.

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals, driving long-term partnerships and regional expansion opportunities.
• Act as the primary commercial interface between key customers and internal business units, ensuring alignment on solutions, pricing, and delivery.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, RFQs, tender management, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities through cross-selling and solution-based selling across power, cooling, and infrastructure portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, energy-efficient solutions for technical data center environments.
• Monitor market trends and customer developments in the data center space, while maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.

The Talent:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 8 - 13 years sales experience in data center solution, infrastructure and power solution
