Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Regional Key Account Manager to develop and manage Data Center Solution & Infrastructure business with hyperscalers and colocation operators in Southeast Asia. You will oversee strategic accounts, drive long-term partnerships, and coordinate across internal teams to deliver scalable, energy-efficient data center solutions.

The role focuses on managing full sales cycles, building a robust pipeline, and achieving regional expansion goals in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years sales experience in data center solutions, infrastructure and power.
• Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage & grow strategic accounts across Southeast Asia, focusing on data center customers within hyperscalers and colocation operators.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals to drive long-term partnerships and regional expansion.
• Act as the primary commercial interface between key customers and internal business units, ensuring alignment on solutions, pricing and delivery.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, RFQs, tender management, contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities through cross-selling across power, cooling and infrastructure portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, energy-efficient data center solutions.
• Monitor market trends and customer developments in the data center space, maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
