Job summary

Trident Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BD Manager to lead the full sales cycle for data centre cooling solutions in Singapore.

You will prospect, qualify, propose, present demos, negotiate, and close deals with data centre operators, enterprise clients, and consultants, with regional expansion on the horizon. Report to senior leadership and own the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in solution selling and new business development within enterprise or data centre environments.
• Degree holder, preferably in Engineering.
• Industry background in cooling, HVAC, or thermal management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic account relationships in Singapore, with regional expansion.
• Drive the entire sales process: qualification, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and close.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, facility owners, and consultants.

This role reports directly to senior leadership and offers genuine ownership of the Singapore and regional market.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic account relationships in Singapore, with regional expansion to follow


• Drive the entire sales process: opportunity qualification, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and deal closure


• Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, facility owners, and consultants
