Brunswick is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead growth across key marine accounts in South and Southeast Asia. You will drive revenue, build strategic relationships with OEMs, and deliver integrated technical solutions across our leading brands.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to present technically compelling value, travel up to 35% within Asia, and act as a product expert across our portfolio. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience in key account management or technical sales in a B2B or OEM environment.
• Background in marine, mobile, electrical, or related technical industries.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial value.
• Proven success managing multi-stakeholder customer relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving capability.
• Commercial mindset with focus on growth, margin, and long-term partnerships.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar (or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel up to 35% within Asia.
