Job summary

DNV in Singapore is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the growth of our maritime services in Singapore and across the wider Southeast Asia Pacific & India region.

You will build and manage relationships with shipowners, managers, charterers, and financial institutions, promoting classification, statutory, digital and decarbonisation services.

The role requires strong commercial leadership, market insight, and ability to coordinate with global teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience in maritime commercial roles preferred; deep insights of container market advantageous.
• Strong understanding of decarbonisation, regulations, and digital transformation in shipping.

Responsibilities

• Grow DNV’s presence in the world’s leading maritime hub.
• Expand business with shipowners, managers, financiers, and charterers in Singapore.
• Drive sales of DNV Maritime services including class transfers, new builds, and conversions.
• Provide decarbonisation advisory and ESG services.
• Prepare proposals, manage pricing reviews, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce.
• Meet revenue targets and pipeline expectations.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based shipowners and MPAs; coordinate globally.
• Represent DNV in associations and events.
