MECH-ANN ENGINEERING HUB invites applications for the role of operations manager to oversee a vibrant karaoke lounge in Singapore. The role focuses on managing daily operations, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance and safety.

You will lead rosters, monitor sales and expenses, and implement promotions to attract customers. The position requires leadership, reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years experience.
• Experience in karaoke lounge, entertainment, hospitality or F&B management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage staff and daily business operations independently.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, inventory management and sales reporting.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Familiarity with Singapore entertainment industry regulations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the karaoke lounge to ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise, train and manage lounge staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage staff duty rosters, attendance and work schedules.
• Monitor daily sales, cash transactions, revenue and operational expenses.
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract customers and increase revenue.
• Ensure karaoke rooms, sound systems, equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing of beverages, supplies and other operational items.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore licensing requirements, workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, security and a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management.
• Handle customer reservations, special events and private functions.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
