Sget Sg Pte Ltd in Chinatown, Singapore, is seeking a guest services associate to warmly welcome guests, manage karaoke room bookings, take orders, and support daily outlet operations for a smooth customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries promptly, use the POS system to process orders, and maintain clean, welcoming karaoke spaces with a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Training provided.

Formación

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems to assist in order processing.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude to enhance guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests to create a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Manage karaoke room bookings and arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of karaoke rooms, equipment, and common areas.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties to support outlet operations.
• Handle customer requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed.
