Salary: $2,100 – $2,500

Night Shift Allowance: +$400/month

A Karaoke service crew member is responsible for delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience by attending to guests throughout their visit. The role includes greeting customers, managing room bookings, setting up karaoke systems, explaining song selection and equipment usage, serving food and beverages, and responding promptly to customer requests. Service crew members also ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, handle payments when required, follow safety and service standards, and work as a team to create an enjoyable and lively entertainment environment for all guests.
