Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level administrative assistant to support telecom projects. The role involves day-to-day admin tasks, data entry, claims submissions, and updating project information.

Qualifications

• ITE certificate in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Engineering, or equivalent.
• Computer literacy and tech-savvy.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior telecommunications industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, claim submissions, update of project information, etc.
• Complete drawings of simple network structure diagrams using designated software
• Prepare and provide reports on installations of telecommunication networks
• Assist project engineers and managers on project implementation
• Maintain and update project flow as necessary
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
